"I am that gadfly which God has attached to the state, and all day long and in all places am always fastening upon you, arousing and persuading and reproaching you." - Socrates
To be a 'gadfly' is to be a skeptic and an inquisitor - our magazine was created in that spirit. It has no particular orientation besides an appreciation of thought for its own sake, on all subjects past and present. We wish to probe, laugh, discover and object. We hope our readers endeavour to do the same.
